Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Electronics Test/Repair Technician to join our technical team in the Integrated Acoustic Sensors business. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in diagnostic testing, repair, and maintenance of complex electronic systems and components. This role involves both hands-on troubleshooting and collaboration with engineers to ensure optimal device performance, reliability, and quality standards.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics, testing, and repair of electronic assemblies, modules, and devices.
  • Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and other advanced test equipment.
  • Evaluate circuit performance and identify faults in analog, digital, and mixed-signal components.
  • Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration procedures in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate repair logs, test reports, and documentation of all activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement design improvements based on field failures and test results.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to strengthen the team's technical expertise.
