Sr. Associate, Process Manager - SAFE (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly-organized and detail-oriented Sr. Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning small to large-scale enablement initiatives centered around technology opportunities, helping to drive change throughout Bank Operations.

General Responsibilities
Lead and own enablement projects and initiatives, leveraging data and process management methodologies to drive value from opportunity identification through solution, implementation, adoption, and measurement.
Identify enablement opportunities from incident trends, associate pain points, and business needs, and drive solutions through implementation and adoption.
Innovate and drive solutions to reduce or resolve frequent technical issues.
Identify and support practical AI and emerging technology use cases to improve productivity and processes.
Develop communications, resources, and enablement strategies to drive successful adoption.
Utilize data to uncover root causes, enhance problem-solving, and/or mitigate risks.
Monitor various sources for incident and alerting needs and capture/refine related incident data.
Support stakeholder communication and collaboration, including preparing reporting and materials for business reviews and analysis.

Location: This role is hybrid, where you will be expected to spend 3 days per week working in the office and the remainder of the week working virtually.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of process management experience
At least 1 year of data analysis experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Generative AI tools
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
BPM, Lean or Six Sigma certification
At least 3 years of experience in process or project management
At least 1 year of experience with SQL
At least 1 year of experience in technology enablement, change management or digital transformation experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. Process ManagerRichmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
Wilmington, DE: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
