Full Job Description
The Sr. Analytics & Insights Analyst will serve as a key strategic partner to cross-functional business leaders, translating complex data into meaningful business intelligence that drives critical decision-making. This role is responsible for leading high-impact analytical initiatives, optimizing business performance across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and mentoring junior analysts.

The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with business acumen, thrives in a dynamic environment, and demonstrates the ability to distill data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior executives.

What you'll do:
• Lead analytical initiatives that support enterprise-level strategic priorities, including sales performance optimization, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and channel attribution modeling.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to define analytical goals and requirements, and translate ambiguous business questions into structured, data driven analysis.
• Design and develop advanced analytical models using statistical and predictive techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, time series forecasting) to evaluate performance and inform business strategies.
• Create and manage KPI dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into the performance of marketing campaigns, sales channels, and customer cohorts.
• Mentor junior analysts, reviewing their work for analytical rigor, clarity, and business relevance.
• Transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights, clearly communicating findings through storytelling and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel).
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data architecture and pipelines that align with analytical and reporting needs.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behaviors, product performance, and retention activity effectiveness to uncover trends and provide recommendations.

What you'll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science). Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, ideally within a direct-to consumer environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated ability to manipulate large datasets, build automated workflows, and conduct statistical analyses.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design (e.g., A/B testing), and modeling techniques, and ability to apply them to business problems.
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Excel to communicate insights clearly and impactfully.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the Medicare, ACA Health, or broader health insurance industry.
• Experience with customer retention modeling, lead funnel analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive mindset for mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of business outcomes through data.
