- Apply advanced data mining techniques to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and contribute to the development of business plans.
- Lead team problem-solving discussions and exhibit innovative thinking, remaining open to change and feedback.
- Effectively communicate analytical methodologies to non-technical audiences and be a champion of change management with stakeholders.
- Lead the automation and enhancement of advanced reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and statistical programming languages (R/Python), ensuring outputs are consistently aligned with business goals and decision-making processes at all levels.
- Ensure all analyses, reports, and dashboards adhere to company policies, maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security while complying with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business analytics, computer science, or statistics required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years in (type of work) required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation.
- Deep experience and familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks preferred), ETL workflows, and large-scale, complex datasets.
- Mastery of data visualization tools, such as Tableau (preferred) or PowerBI.
- Expert-level Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor and motivate a diverse team; ensure team and individual accountability and performance standards are met
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects successfully in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
