Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent

Career Level: P18    Location: Raleigh, NC    Reports to: Head of Talent & HR for Enterprise Functions

Our Sr. Analyst & Program Manager, Global Talent runs the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team, helping us deliver our commitments across the function on time, on budget, and in close alignment with our customers' needs and Ralliant's strategy. Partnering closely with the Head of Talent & HR for Enterprise Functions and Talent Leaders, you project manage our annual talent lifecycle, build the executive-ready analysis that shapes real decisions, and bring structure to our toughest talent problems. It is a deliberate development seat that can lead to many different career paths across HR at Ralliant. Core Responsibilities

  • Operating cadence & budget:  Manage the operating cadence for the Talent leadership team, including monthly operating reviews, preparation for annual strategy planning, and our approach to KPIs, daily management, and visual management. Coordinate preparation for our team's visits to Operating Company sites, where we problem solve tough talent challenges alongside our OpCo customers. Support the management and tracking of the function's budget and commitments so we deliver on time and at anticipated cost.
  • Program management:  Drive program management of the annual talent cycle and our priority talent projects, supporting the Director, Organization Effectiveness and the Director, Talent Management & Planning, and working in close collaboration with our HR Technology and Operations and Total Rewards teams. Manage timelines, communications, reporting, process governance, and execution to ensure high-quality delivery and adoption.
  • Analysis & executive materials:  Synthesize complex quantitative and qualitative data into executive-ready insights, scenarios, and recommendations for C-suite forums, including people-related M&A and cost optimization work. Frame talent questions with data and financial logic, quantify the cost and value of what we recommend, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Systems & knowledge:  Partner with the HR Technology and HR Operations teams on the systems behind our talent management and organization effectiveness work, and coordinate our knowledge base and the escalations and trends coming out of HR Shared Services.

Position Requirements

This opportunity could be for you if:

  • You bring an MBA or a master's in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field, plus 5+ years of experience; prior experience in talent management or planning or organization effectiveness, or a business or HR rotational program, is a plus.
  • You are highly analytical and AI literate, with advanced Excel knowledge and proficiency in Power BI, data analysis, and visualization.
  • You are finance literate, comfortable with P&L, cost center, accrual, and headcount plan language, and able to challenge a forecast.
  • You build polished, executive-ready materials and can explain complex analysis simply to senior audiences.
  • You are exceptionally organized, running multiple workstreams and an operating cadence without dropping anything.
  • You are curious, low ego, and fast-moving, with excellent judgement on confidential and sensitive matters.
