We are looking for Denver-based candidates!

The Senior Analyst, Partner Engagement, will serve as a core contributor to the team by continuously identifying, consolidating, maintaining, and analyzing internal and external data related to Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and the practices they support. This role will be the analytical right hand to Partner Engagement leadership, integrating quantitative data, qualitative research, market intelligence, operational inputs, and provider. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean, reconcile, join, and manage data from multiple sources using advanced Excel workflows.
  • Analyze survey and operational data using descriptive statistics, segmentation, trends, and data-quality checks
  • Support response monitoring, and analysis of APP/provider research and future experience-measurement efforts

Insight Synthesis & Strategic Reporting - 30%
  • Integrate quantitative findings with qualitative data to identify implications, tensions, and remaining knowledge gaps.
  • Translate analyses into concise reports, executive-ready PowerPoint materials, and briefings that clarify what we know, why it matters, and what requires validation.

Initiative Strategy, Project Management & Execution - 20%
  • Assists in development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen APP understanding with Manager support. Scope may include tools, technology requirements, data reports/insights, training collateral, etc.
