Responsibilities

  • Engage clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, and spend analytics projects.
  • Support workstreams within various client projects, conducting operational assessments and stakeholder interviews.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and conduct market/supplier research.
  • Manage RFx development and evaluations while negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Support internal initiatives, including benchmarking and white paper development.
  • Assist with proposal development and other internal projects.

Full Job Description
The Procurement Analyst/Senior Procurement Analyst role (level based upon experience) is a high-visibility position that provides extensive opportunities to foster and grow your consulting career under the direction and guidance of dynamic management and the Executive Leadership team. Our Analysts engage directly with our clients on various Procurement and Supply Chain related initiatives focused on improving efficiency, driving effectiveness, and increasing their ability to influence spend and drive value through their organizations.

We are looking for a self-starter and a fast learner. You must be very organized and love teamwork to fit well into our corporate culture. With a can-do attitude, you will learn about procurement, expect your voice to be heard, and will be expected to participate in many strategic initiatives for the company.

What can you expect to do?

  • In this role, you will work with our clients on sourcing, procurement, category management, spend management, and spend analytics projects. Projects range from small, one-off scopes to larger teams working collaboratively on longer-duration projects.


  • This position will support workstreams within various client projects, performing tasks such as:


  • Operational, procurement, and spend assessments.


  • Stakeholder interviews


  • Modeling and analytics


  • Report writing


  • Strategic Sourcing initiatives


  • Conduct market and supplier research


  • RFx development, management, and evaluation


  • Negotiations


  • A ProcureAbility Analyst also supports internal firm-building initiatives such as:


  • Benchmarking,


  • Client research


  • White paper research and development


  • Proposal development


  • Other internal projects


What is the experience needed to be successful in this role?

  • 2-3+ years of previous supply chain, procurement, or consulting experience with a Fortune 1,000 company. Recent graduates with relevant (e.g., Procurement / Supply Chain) degrees or internship experience will be considered.


  • Strong analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis (advanced Excel.)


  • Ability to work creatively and quantitatively in a fast-paced, problem-solving team environment.


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), including formal presentation development and delivery skills, and strong interpersonal skills, enabling. The ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization and client stakeholders.


  • Adaptability to engage, cultivate relationships, and communicate with clients and colleagues of varied corporate cultures and organizational structures.


  • Self-starter and critical thinker with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.


  • Procure-To-Pay platform experience (Ariba, Coupa, etc.) is highly preferred.


  • Must have the ability to travel to client sites on an as-needed basis.

The pay range for this role is $100,100 - $180,200. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: June 25, 2026.

As part of the total rewards package, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive based on performance. In addition, Jabil offers benefits to enhance your health, wealth, and resilient self. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance plans; paid time off accruing at a rate of 3.07 hours during your first year of employment; 4 weeks of paid parental leave; in 2026, 11 company-paid holidays (9 fixed holidays and 2 optional floating holidays), subject to change yearly; 401(k) retirement plan; and employee stock purchase plan.
