Summary of the Job:

The Senior Analyst, AI Systems Integration is responsible for supporting the development, optimization, and ongoing administration of the Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) Knowledgebase and AI-enabled solutions across enterprise GRC platforms. This role partners with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to design, maintain, and enhance AI-driven capabilities that improve knowledge management, workflow efficiency, and risk-informed decision-making.

This position serves as a technical resource responsible for maintaining AI configurations, refining algorithms and prompts, validating outputs, and ensuring high-quality, reliable results from AI-enabled tools and assistants. The role also supports emerging AI capabilities within Archer and other GRC-related systems to strengthen enterprise risk and resilience operations.

About This Role:

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the LRC Knowledgebase using AI-enabled platforms such as Claude, Cowork, or similar technologies.
  • Maintain and refine AI algorithms, prompts, workflows, and supporting configurations to improve accuracy, usability, and consistency of knowledgebase outputs.
  • Design, configure, and support AI assistants and automated workflows that enhance legal, risk, compliance, and resilience processes.
  • Perform validation and quality assurance activities to ensure confidence, integrity, and reliability of AI-generated responses and recommendations.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements, knowledge and data integration.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of AI capabilities within Archer and other GRC-related systems, including workflow optimization, data structuring, and reporting enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational effectiveness.
  • Support testing, deployment, and change management activities related to AI-enabled tools and knowledge systems.
  • Stay informed of emerging AI, GRC, and knowledge management trends, technologies, and best practices.


The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, risk management, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled platforms, knowledge management systems, or workflow automation solutions preferred.
  • Experience with GRC platforms such as Archer or similar enterprise systems preferred.
  • Understanding of AI concepts including prompt engineering, validation techniques, data structuring, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, refine configurations, and optimize AI-generated outputs for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting testing, validation, or quality assurance activities related to system implementations or AI solutions preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00
This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.

Work Environment:

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
