We9re looking for an Sr Advertising Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns for Amazon and other retail media platforms. In this role, you9ll own strategy, guide junior team members, and help shape the future of our ad services.

🎯 What You9ll Be Doing

• Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
• Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
• Leverage AI tools and delegate resources to improve performance and workflow
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients

• What You Bring

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console and 3rd-party platforms
• Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members)
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills
• Bachelor9s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

💵 Compensation Transparency
We9ve listed a broad salary range of $90,000-$120,000/year to account for varying levels of experience, skill sets, and leadership depth. Where you land in the range will depend on how your background aligns with this role.
