Overview

The Senior Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Data Analytics Administrator will be the primary owner of the organization's recruiting technology and system operations. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, reporting, analytics, and overall performance of the iCIMS platform and supporting Talent Acquisition processes, including integrations with ADP Workforce Now, and any other ATS systems or systems of record for hiring. Operating as a hands-on technical expert, this individual translates business needs into scalable system solutions, manages system enhancements independently, maintains data integrity, and delivers actionable recruiting and workforce insights. This role requires a blend of ATS administration expertise, process optimization, analytics, reporting, and stakeholder partnership.

Responsibilities

  • ATS Administration & Process Optimization
    • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for iCIMS Talent and other ATS and recruiting technologies.
    • Manage system configuration, workflows, templates, user permissions, integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
    • Maintain and optimize data flow between iCIMS and ADP Workforce Now, and any other system integrations to support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire processes.
    • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased system adoption and drive the projects to completion and adoption.
    • Ensure consistent recruiting workflows, data integrity, and compliance across Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Reporting, Analytics & Data Governance
    • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within multiple platforms.
      Analyze recruiting and workforce metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, pipeline
      health, source effectiveness, and hiring trends.
    • Deliver actionable TA and HR insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct data audits and maintain compliance with applicable recruiting and data governance requirements.
    • Support the Vice President of TA with all data and slide analytics for reporting and presentations regularly, and as needed.
  • Training & Stakeholder Support
    • Lead ATS-related projects, enhancements, testing, and feature rollouts.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to gather requirements and
      implement solutions.
    • Create system documentation and train users on processes, functionality, and best
      practices.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with iCIMS and ADP support teams.
    • Consistently assess all systems for process improvement and efficiency opportunities, as
      well as implement changes once reviewed and approved.


Qualifications

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Major: HR, Business, or related field of study
  • Degree must be from an accredited college or university.
  • In lieu of higher education, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa.
  • ATS certifications in applicable systems highly preferred

Job-Related Experience
  • Customarily has at least six (6) years of experience in ATS administration, Talent Acquisition Operations, or HR technology.
  • Advanced iCIMS administration experience, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and
    troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting ATS and HRIS integrations, preferably iCIMS and ADP Workforce Now, is
    preferred.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
