Full Job Description
Protective is seeking a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting to join a fully remote team. This role is responsible for the preparation, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements across a multi-entity structure.

This position plays a critical leadership role in financial reporting and audit readiness, serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, audit experience, and the ability to lead complex reporting processes while driving continuous improvement across financial reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

$76,500 - $115,000 a year

Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $76,500 to $115,000. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees. This position also offers additional incentive opportunities through an annual incentive based on individual and Company performance.

The internal title for this role is Sr. Analyst Financial Reporting.
