Make an impact with complex client relationships.

As a Senior Account Manager with our Wealth Management Advisory team, you will play a critical role supporting high-net-worth and complex fiduciary client relationships. You'll partner closely with Trust Advisors and internal service teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage sophisticated accounts, and drive operational excellence.

This is a highly visible role for a seasoned professional who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and being a trusted advisor behind the scenes of complex wealth structures.

What You'll Do

As a trusted partner on the advisory team, you will:
  • Coordinate end-to-end account administration for complex fiduciary relationships, including personal trust, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts.
  • Often serve as a primary point of contact for client servicing needs, anticipating issues, resolving requests, and proactively communicating progress and outcomes.
  • Maintain deep familiarity with governing documents, account agreements, and regulatory or compliance requirements impacting client accounts.
  • Translate client and advisor requests into actionable plans, partnering with internal service teams to execute transactions, changes, and servicing events.
  • Oversee action plans for account openings, closings, cash movements, fee set-ups, and ongoing servicing-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
  • Collaborate with Client Support Services to ensure seamless execution and a consistently high client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, improve processes, and increase efficiency through proactive and creative solutions.
  • Utilize and maintain expertise in key business applications and digital tools used to support relationship management and client access.
  • Support Trust Advisors with account acceptance, discretionary requests, compliance activities, annual reviews, etc. - ensuring documentation is complete, systems are current, and fee structures are accurately established.
  • Contribute to client presentations and business development efforts, helping strengthen existing relationships and grow new ones.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Facilitate discussions, coordinate stakeholders, and help drive timely decision-making across teams.

  • Strong understanding of internal bank trust functions and operational workflows.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and partners.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, team-based structure.
  • Solid technical aptitude and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in trust administration, wealth management servicing, or a related financial services role.
