How will you fit into the big picture?The Senior Associate Brand Manager, Demand Creation Strategy (DCS) & Innovation supports the development and commercialization of innovation initiatives within the Functional Snacking & Protein portfolio. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will translate defined demand spaces and innovation strategies into executable plans, manage cross-functional workstreams, and help deliver high-quality launches.

What will you do?- Support innovation and renovation initiatives from concept through commercialization using the stage-gate process.
- Analyze syndicated data, consumer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and support concept development.
- Develop business cases, financial analyses, and performance tracking to support innovation recommendations.
- Assist with go-to-market planning, including launch materials, sell-in tools, and internal communications.
- Partner with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Shopper Marketing, and agency partners to execute innovation initiatives.
- Monitor post-launch performance, identify key learnings, and recommend actions to improve results.
Minimum Education & RequirementsExperience:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, innovation, or a related field, preferably within consumer packaged goods.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to innovation or renovation projects.
• Experience with IRI, Nielsen, or Circana data.
• Experience with basic financial modeling and cross-functional project leadership.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $108840 to $136050 per year. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, education, and training.
