Responsibilities• Provide high-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy care through
1:1 treatment sessions• Perform thorough evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans
• Design and implement
return-to-sport and
performance-based rehabilitation programs

Collaborate with strength coaches, athletic trainers, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and long-term performance strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team
collaboration,
mentorship, and clinical
education opportunities
• Contribute to maintaining a
positive, high-performance clinic culture

Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
- Strong interest in sports physical therapy and performance training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to be part of a high-performing clinical team
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate patient needs and treatment outcomes
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
- Ability to provide guidance and consultation on complex or sensitive cases
