Track, support, and actively drive open sports lighting projects to a successful close alongside agency partners and LSI Regional Sales Managers.
  • Quote Status Accountability: Maintain strict oversight of the regional pipeline by obtaining monthly Quote Status Updates for all active Sports Lighting projects valued at $25,000 or more.
  • Pipeline Forecasting: Keep a highly accurate, rolling 30/60/90-day sales forecast updated weekly to ensure clear revenue visibility for leadership.
  • CRM Discipline: Accurately track and log all daily prospecting activities, lead qualification details, agent interactions, and project status updates within the corporate CRM system.

  • Resilience & Internal Drive: High comfort level with rejection, possessing the persistence and self-start mentality required to consistently break into new accounts.

  • Forecasting Accuracy: Strong organizational habits with experience managing a structured pipeline and projecting monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Technical & Value Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn technical specifications of sports lighting products and articulate ROI, performance, and safety benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • CRM Proficiency: Comfortable and proficient using CRM platforms for daily pipeline hygiene and data management.
