What You'll DoAs a
Home Care Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care in patients' homes, including:
- Evaluating patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- Providing therapy for communication disorders and dysphagia management
- Conducting cognitive and functional communication training
- Educating patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and safety
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Completing accurate, timely electronic documentation

Requirements
