About the role:
The Speech-Language Pathologist provides inpatient assessment and therapeutic services to acute, rehab and complex care adult patients within the hospital setting.
What you bring:- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Professional self-development in accordance with CASLPO regulations
- Clinical experience in acute in-patient care preferred
- Experience in assessment, treatment and management of dysphagia and communication disorders preferred
- Experience in VFSS and FEES is an asset
- Champions patients centered care
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated problem assessment skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrated individual leadership skills

This is a temporary 18 month contract position.
Regular and reliable attendance is an expected requirement of this position.
