What You'll Do- Provide skilled pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings.
- Evaluate speech, language, feeding, swallowing, communication, and developmental needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care that support meaningful functional progress.
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
- Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.

Qualifications- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Colorado SLP license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates and CFs encouraged to apply.
