Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist; license eligible candidates are also considered.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP).
• Demonstrated strong assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills needed for effective patient interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing capabilities.
• Implement evidence-based therapies and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on disorders and strategies to improve daily communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatment progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
