Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program; CFY opportunities available.
• Active Florida SLP license or license-eligible required.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care.
• Knowledge of Net Health software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy services to residents.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety and function.
• Assist residents in regaining independence through therapy.
• Tailor therapy programs to meet individual resident needs.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
