About the Role
Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual Speech Language Pathologists for a school setting in Lake Villa, IL. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by administering evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, providing speech and language services, monitoring progress, and collaborating with teams to support student outcomes.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
  • Bilingual, fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement
  • Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license
  • Master's Degree from a Professional Standards Commission approved accredited college or university in Speech Language Therapy
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • School-based experience preferred, not required
