The therapist must be able to work independently, as well as, in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patients functional needs. This job requires dependable attendance, flexibility and the ability to work on weekends, holidays and late hours on a rotational basis as needed. Estimated pay range for this position is $40.71- $52.93 / hour depending on experience.

Licenses & Certifications:
- Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Basic Life Support.
- CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification.
Additional Qualifications:
- Minimum Masters Degree required.
- Employee must complete either leadership or clinical track.
- Clinical Track - Clinical instructor ( 240 hours minimum full time, prorated based on FTE status) and completes two approved clinical ladder electives.
- Experience with Modified Barium Swallow (MBS/video swallow)
- Leadership Track - Identifies and analyzes performance improvement issues and attends non clinical courses in BHU as approved by leader and completes two approved clinical ladder electives.
Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 yearDegrees:
