Full Job Description
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the San Antonio, Texas market to take on a case load initially and pivot into a leadership role as the program grows.

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides clinical leadership, oversight, and direct speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients while supporting the growth and development of the therapy program in the San Antonio region.

This role blends hands-on clinical care with potential leadership responsibilities, including staff supervision, training, and program development.

Compensation for this position is $79 - 89K/year for a strong SLP with leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric clients
  • Carry an initial, small clinical caseload with a gradual transition toward leadership-focused responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), as applicable
  • Support program growth, quality assurance, and clinical best practices
  • Serve as the primary speech-language pathology presence in the region
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and community partners
  • Participate in local travel for patient care, staff support, and community engagement
