Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Position Details: - Full-time opportunities available (typically Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-3:30 PM)
- K-12 school-based caseloads
- Must meet Florida SLPA registration/requirements to work as an SLPA
- Must have ability to obtain and maintain required school clearances/background (or already active)
- Must have individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Must have ability to work under the supervision of a Florida-licensed SLP (as required)
- Provide speech-language services as delegated by the supervising SLP and aligned with IEPs
- Implement treatment activities and document student performance/progress
- Maintain accurate session notes and required documentation
- Collaborate with school staff as directed, and communicate updates to the supervising SLP
- Participate in meetings/trainings as required for the assignment (within role scope)
