Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist for a caseload within Montgomery Public Schools District. In this role, youll play a critical part in student success by evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with educators and families, supporting classroom carryover of communication skills, maintaining student records, and helping students reach their maximum academic and social potential. What Were Looking For - Active (or eligible) Alabama State SLP license - Alabama Professional Educator Certificate with endorsement in Speech Language Pathology. - Bachelors Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology - Strong communication and collaboration skills - School-based experience preferred, not required Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.
