Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario mandatory.
• Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Hanen training and Ontario Assistive Device Program Authorizer seen as beneficial.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory expectations necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment, consultation, and treatment services.
• Develop new clinical service pathways relevant to speech-language pathology.
• Work with children, youth, and adults with communicative disorders.
• Collaborate with support systems of clients to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Promote workplace health and safety within the organization.
• Lead initiatives that aim to prevent adverse health events.
