La raison d’être ce rôle est de travailler avec le groupe Qualité de la gestion des approvisionnements pour améliorer la signature et la performance de la qualité globale de fournisseurs concernés en réduisant le nombre d’échappés de fournisseurs et d'interventions clients grâce au déploiement de multiples initiatives.

  • Fournit une orientation stratégique pour les systèmes, les projets et les programmes dans le domaine d'expertise;
  • Contribue à l'objectif de l'entreprise en atteignant les résultats attendus;
  • Fournit des conseils et une expertise multidisciplinaire à différents membres de l'équipe;
  • Est considéré comme un expert de premier plan dans son domaine.

Le poste s’effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Réviser/comprendre/identifier les problèmes & contributeurs qui ont un impact sur la qualité et le flux des produits
  • Identifier les actions correctives et les opportunités d’amélioration requises, pour mener les changements dans les délais opportuns
  • Synthétiser et analyser les données pour comprendre les contributeurs et les problèmes systémiques à l'origine des échappés de produits et des interventions clients
  • Impliquer les fournisseurs dans la définition et le déploiement des actions et stratégies requises visant à éliminer les échappés et les interventions clients
  • Piloter l'équipe tout au long des différentes phases (analyse des données, définition des priorités, organisation d'événements, etc.)
  • Amener à fermeture les actions et atteindre les résultats attendus
  • Suivi et rapport sur les progrès
  • Adresser les obstacles et escalader les problèmes au besoin
  • Organiser et diriger des analyses de processus ou d'autres activités pertinentes chez un fournisseur
  • Piloter la maturité des processus (répétable et stable)
  • Assurer la liaison avec plusieurs organisations internes pour s'assurer que le soutien est fourni au besoin
  • Établir les communications nécessaires avec les différentes organisations internes et externes (CAB, revues, EMM…)

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir ?

  • Diplôme technique avec expérience minimale de 10 ans ou Baccalauréat expérience minimale de 8 ans.
  • Domaine d'études: Fabrication, ingénierie, aérospatiale, qualité
  • Atouts:
  • Bilinguisme Français/Anglais
  • Connaissances des systèmes informatiques tels que SAP
  • Expérience avec les techniques AMDEC et PPAP
  • Connaissances approfondies des principes Six Sigma ou autre principes d’amélioration continue

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job title : Supply Chain Quality Specialist

The purpose of this role is to work with the Supply Management Quality group to improve the global quality signature & performance for the suppliers of concern by reducing the number of supplier escapes and OEM Interventions through the deployment of various initiatives.

  • Provides strategic direction for systems, projects, and programs in area of expertise.
  • Contributes to the company objective by reaching expected results
  • Provides cross-functional guidance and expertise to various team members.
  • Is seen as a leading expert within their field.

The position is based at our Longueuillocation, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Review/understand/identify issues & leading contributors impacting the product quality and flow
  • Identify required corrective actions/improvement opportunities and drive change accordingly in a timely fashion
  • Synthetize and analyze the data to understand contributors and systemic issues causing product escapes and OEM interventions
  • Engage the suppliers in defining and deploying the required actions & strategies aimed at eliminating escapes & OEM interventions
  • Steer the team throughout the various phases (data analysis, set priorities, events organization, etc.)
  • Close actions and reach expected results
