Titre du poste: Spécialiste des coûts de réparation des moteurs 

En tant que spécialiste des coûts des visites en atelier, votre rôle consistera à optimiser les coûts des visites afin d'accroître la rentabilité de nos contrats de maintenance à long terme. Pour ce faire, vous définirez les exigences de réparations en fonction des objectifs techniques et commerciaux.Vous devrez prendre des décisions clés durant le processus de réparations et travaillerez avec des experts pour vous accompagner au besoin. Chaque visite en atelier fera l'objet d'un compte rendu détaillé afin de garantir la standardisation de la documentation et des enseignements tirés lors de l’évènement en atelier. Ainsi, permettant aux équipes de bénéficier d'une formation continue.

Vous assurerez également la liaison entre les responsables clients et l'atelier, représentant l'équipe PPH et veillant à ce que les responsables clients soient toujours informés des informations pertinentes concernant le client final, le moteur en atelier et la performance financière.

Le poste est à temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles à Longueuil et s’effectue exclusivement en présentiel.

Qu’est-ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir?

Qualifications requises

  • Diplôme technique en aérospatiale ; licence AME; ou diplôme universitaire en ingénierie ou en sciences.

  • Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en maintenance et réparation de moteurs.

  • Expérience de travail au sein d’un environnement d’opérations MRO.

Qualifications souhaitables

  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication et capacité à établir des relations de confiance.

  • Connaissance de la documentation technique, des performances des moteurs, de la documentation relative à la maintenance et du processus global de réparation des moteurs.

  • Capacités d’analyse et aptitude à interpréter les données de coûts et de performance afin d’orienter les décisions techniques et commerciales.

  • Esprit critique et curiosité  permettant d’identifier les risques et les opportunités liés au moteur en atelier.

  • Capacité à collaborer efficacement et influencer avec plusieurs équipes mutlidisciplinairesdans un environnement complexe et dynamique

  • Connaissance des principes financiers lors de la réparation  (facteurs de coûts, analyse des marges, processus de facturation) est un atout.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, néanmoins il nécessite une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent émaner d’organisations internationales, ainsi que pour écrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collègues internationaux.

Job Title: Shop Visit Cost Technician

As a specialist in engine shop visit cost performance, your role will be to manage shop visit costs to optimize the profitability of customer maintenance contracts. This is achieved by defining workscope requirements that meet technical and commercial objectives, evaluating options to make key decisions during the MRO process, and consulting with experts to support you as required.

Each shop visit will have a report-out process to ensure that all lessons are appropriately documented and the team benefits from continuous learnings.

In this role you will also act as the liaison of the Customer Managers (CM) with the shop, representing the PPH team and ensuring that the CM is always aware of relevant information for the end customer or pertaining to financial performance.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
