What You Will Do

Talent Management & Development

  • Support the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise talent management and succession planning processes.

  • Develop tools, resources, communication materials, and reporting to support talent initiatives.

  • Coordinate development planning activities for critical talent pools.

  • Support career development initiatives, career pathways, and employee development programs.

  • Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders to identify capability development opportunities.

Employee Engagement & Learning

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, action planning, and governance activities.

  • Analyze engagement survey data and identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience.

  • Support the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives.

  • Manage vendor relationships and support learning program administration.

  • Talent Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and talent insights to support business decisions.

  • Leverage Workday and other systems to produce meaningful workforce insights.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve employee experiences, and enhance program effectiveness.

  • Support change initiatives and help teams adapt to evolving business priorities.

  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development, communications, employee experience, or a related function.

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide programs, projects, or initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a changing environment.

  • Experience driving initiatives independently and taking ownership of outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Workday reporting, dashboards, and talent modules.

  • Experience using Monday.com or similar project management platforms.

  • Experience developing employee communications and engagement materials.

  • Experience with talent analytics and HR reporting.

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools.

  • Project management or change management experience.
