Job Description:

The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM), for Maritime Integrated Systems & Encryption in Camden, NJ will leverage their experience in Supply Chain to support the lead SCPMS with development of a robust Supply Chain Strategy for key programs across the division portfolio and the Supply Chain Director for reporting and analysis. In collaboration with functional leaders, the SCPM will support the lead SCPMs to institute tailored Supply Chain Management practices to support successful program execution on production programs as well as early engineering design efforts, within the product life cycle. The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) will also offer program input through risk and opportunity management to ensure top notch supply chain and program execution.

In this highly visible role, the SCPM will collaborate across functions to support key members of the IPT (Integrated Project / Program Team) and the Supply Chain Director. The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is an integral focal within the overarching Supply Chain organization, serving as the interface to Programs, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Operations. This individual will also grow to be a Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain and Programmatic Practices.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and other IPT functions for key Products/Programs
  • Support the Supply Chain Director with reporting and analysis
  • Support the lead SCPM with development and execution of Supply Chain strategies and actions to support full Program lifecycle
  • Assist Program Finance in rolling up quarterly financial status against the AOP and Short-Term Forecast, EAC and ETC
  • Analyze key performance indicators and identify challenge areas
  • Develop and Manage Supply Chain Risks & Opportunities
  • Work with Supply Chain team to develop and support the strategic supplier relationships
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal executive leadership as well as operations management both written and verbally
  • Ability to break large complex issues into smaller individual approaches to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience

2-4 Years' experience in Supply Chain

Ability to obtain a Security Clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship

4-8 Years' experience and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
  • Experience in developing technical statements of work
  • Experience with New Business Proposals / Capture Experience on competitive and/or sole source pursuits
  • Advanced degree
  • Applied SAP Experience


In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington State, DC and Virginia (Greater D.C. area), Denver, or NYC areas is $79K-$147K. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia (outside of Greater D.C. area) is $69K-$128K. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
