Essential Functions:- The control of both raw materials and finished product quality
- Manage or perform receiving inspection
- Review and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, procedures and work instructions
- Review and approval of production hardware
- Preparation of Acceptance Data Packages for delivery with hardware
- Review of build records
- Support internal and external audits, customer reviews at buy-off
- Support corrective and preventive actions.
- Review of purchase requisitions for application of quality requirements
- Review of incoming material certifications
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:- Background in Quality Engineering in Aerospace or Military industries
- Quality Management Systems ISO9001/AS9100 5+ years experience preferred,
- Experience in Dimensional Inspection and Calibration.
- First Article Inspection per AS9102 required
- Experience with Auditing Internal and External
- Experience in composite wrap inspection
- Experience in Borescope / Videoscope inspection
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the State of New Jersey is $84,000 - $156,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
