As a Specialist, Product and Process, you will support the Senior Manager, Product and Process to navigate day to day issues, engage and deliver in projects, and investigate on the development of EVO’s products and services. Being a key member of the product department, you bring an enthusiastic and innovative mindset, which will support business objectives towards growth and expansion alongside.

  • Execute responsibilities and decisions with a member-centric approach, actively seeking opportunities to go the extra mile, and leading troubleshooting efforts for all Evo services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

  • Track and prioritize production issues, coordinatingcommunicationand identifyingescalations.

  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, administrative activities, and business configurations supporting Evo products and services, including campaignsetup, product configuration updates, operational processes, and related business initiatives.

  • Collaborate with the BCAA Mobility Tech team and external vendors to support technical projects, system enhancements, issue resolution, testing activities, and ongoing platform improvements.

  • Analyze market competitors,identifynew business needs, and propose enhancements to increase departmental efficiencies, while assistingin streamlining workload and automating processes to improve overall productivity alongside.

  • Collaborate in defining Business Requirements, creating user stories, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product testing under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Product & Process.

  • Develop Policy and Procedure tools, conduct general training on car sharing applications, and plan training sessions for system updates, ensuring alignment with team members' needs.

  • Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials, analyze interdepartmental processes for improvement, and represent the Senior Manager, Product and Process in meetings and projects whenrequired.

What you bring 

  • Minimum of 2-4 yearsof relevantexperience in operations, product management, administration, and or customer service.

  • University Degree in a relevant field (e.g.Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science).

  • Clean BC Driver License Class 7 or better.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

  • A keen eye for detail anddemonstratedabilities working in a fast-paced technical environment.

  • Cohesive team player and team builder with the ability to cultivate trust, lead through reliability and accountability, and drive outcomes witha strong senseof urgency as both a teammate and project partner.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements while considering all aspects of the product, user experience, and operational impact.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data, perform basic SQL queries, and provide technical support across business systems, file formats, and operational tools.

  • Experience inthe shared mobilityindustryis consideredan asset.

The salary range for this position is $82,899.60to $103,624.44 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.

Please note that this is a hybrid role based out of our Burnaby, BC office (3 on-site / 2 remote days). Applicants who are notlocatedwithin commuting distance of our Head Office or are not looking to relocateto the Greater Vancouver/Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley region will not be considered.
