  • The Lincoln North America Business Office, Specialist is a high-visibility role supporting business operations, executive communications, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration across the Lincoln organization.
  • The position offers broad exposure to senior leaders and business priorities.
  • The Lincoln North America Business Office, Specialist is a newly created, high-visibility role.
  • This position supports key business priorities, operational initiatives, executive communications, and strategic projects across the Lincoln organization.
  • The successful candidate will partner closely with Lincoln leadership and cross-functional Ford teams, gaining broad exposure to the business while contributing to initiatives and activities that support organizational objectives.
  • This role offers unique access to senior leaders, enterprise-wide collaboration, and opportunities to build business acumen and a broad professional network.


Responsibilities

What you'll do...
  • Support the Manager, Lincoln NA Business Office in executing key business priorities and operational initiatives.
  • Develop presentations, executive communications, reporting, data analyses, and actionable business insights that support decision-making and evolving business needs.
  • Leverage AI, process improvements, and innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve business outcomes.
  • Support the communication, tracking, and execution of Lincoln Field objectives.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of key business meetings and communications, including Lincoln Go-To-Market broadcasts, SAR reviews, and Retailer Council activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications to support business priorities and operational objectives.
  • Partner across Lincoln skill teams and Ford organizations to support strategic initiatives and operational objectives.
  • Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and emerging business priorities to meet evolving organizational needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in dealership operations, field operations, marketing, or a related business function with a track record of driving results and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and translate insights into action.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively across organizations, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • A proven track record of taking on complex tasks and being proactive as
  • a self-starter
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep complex initiatives on track.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and transformation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using AI-powered tools to support decision-making, communication, and operational effectiveness.

This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $74,300-$124,500.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
