The Specialist II Store Support and Business Continuity is responsible for vetting business change demand and aligning capacity constraints at store level. Major elements of role include: demand modeling (determine capacity needed to meet change demands), capacity planning (determine the maximum amount of change divisions / stores / associates are able to successfully implement in a given period of time) and facilitation (management and oversight of the capacity management process). This role is to support the Operations support functions including Business Continuity, crisis response and coordination, Holiday and model store planning and execution and store capacity and initiative tracking across all channels for Brand and Support functions. Responsible to manage brand calendar and act as single point of contact cross functionally to schedule brand initiatives and deployment. Act as Operations Support subject matter expert supporting teams internally and from stores with general ops questions, reference , and standards. Responsible to lead annual Business continuity plan updates including all supporting Business impact documentation and business planning/emergency response plans.

• Lead and support capacity planning and brand calendar • • Partner with key support stakeholders (i.e. HR, IM) as part of initiative project lifecycle process to develop project communication, timelines and playbooks as required • Perform analyses of capacity needs for deployment initiatives including identifying impact (who is responsible/accountable; how much time; training plan; lead time to communicate /gain alignment) • Perform demand modeling, which involves determining the capacity needed to meet change demands. • Perform capacity planning, which involves determining the maximum amount of change Markets/ stores / associates are able to successfully implement in a given period of time. • Partner with and support key stakeholders to drive retail deployment best practices and change management • Assist initiative leads with scorecard development, Capex requests and Business Case development • Establish schedules and follow-up to ensure efficient completion of objectives. • Establish and maintain calendar of events by across Brand (where applicable) to provide visibility of approved/scheduled initiatives Facilitate project assessment process to validate Project completion and ensure measurement in place to track ROI and ensure full adoption of changes • Responsible reviewing, approving, and vetting business change demand and aligning with capacity restraints at store level • Support with all aspects of business continuity, emergency response, and crisis management coordination and response • This includes maintaining store emergency procedures, contacts, and coordinating cross functional responsibilities and around updates to BIA's and BCP's • Act as a brand lead working with ADUSA Business Continuity teams and supporting and communicating processes and updating changes • Support standardization of processes and ensure compliance with operational support policies and procedures • Support updates and maintenance of store policies and procedures related to process, regulatory, compliance and strategy changes • Supports the ops support team with holiday planning, and model store planning and execution • Ensures that all omni-channel policies are properly understood by Brand Operations Leads and support compliance and training across Ops and DCT teams • Work and support collaboratively with sub-functions and E-Commerce leaders to implement new/revised processes and track success • Provides support for new initiatives, formats, offerings and coordinates across Ops and brand teams to support training, execution, standards and process documentation and overall stored execution • Responsible for working closely with Store Communications team, Training and Development and Ops Leadership to ensure SOPS/Standards and reference docs are aligned with store best practices.

The salary range for this position is $86,320-$129,480 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
