The purpose of this role is to bring the brand remodel strategy to life by acting as the operational liaison between store operations, finance, format and construction teams. This role will manage end-to-end planning and execution for new store openings, remodels, and store closures. This role leverages store operational knowledge with project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to brand standards. In addition, this role will also lead cross-functional coordination, risk management, communication, and continuous improvement for all store development initiatives and special projects.

What we ask of you:
• Act as the operational liaison between store operations, format and construction teams in regard to new stores, remodel stores or closing stores • Oversee temporary assignment store opening supervisors for each project to ensure timeline is achieved and escalate any issues or concerns as needed • Coordinate with finance, format and construction team to understand scope of work for all new stores, remodel stores, closing stores or other special projects • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations for all remodels and special projects for the brand • Execute project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria for all remodels and special projects for the brand • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders throughout the projects for new stores, closed stores or remodels • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders • Manage project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change requests • Ensure projects comply with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards • Track project costs and manage budgets to ensure financial objectives are met • Lead continuous improvement efforts and recommend process enhancements • Provide timeline and project scope updates on a regular basis to brand leadership on new store, remodel or closed store projects
What you bring to the table:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in retail operations, store development, project management, or construction coordination.• Experience managing new store openings, remodels, and store closures in a multi-site retail environment.• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, budgets, timelines, vendors, and stakeholder communication from planning through execution.• Bachelor's Degree preferred• Technical degree in construction or maintenance or equivalent certifications preferred• Strong project management skills• Strong attention to detail• Strong organizational and coordination skills• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a self-starter• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once• Excellent communication skills, oral and written• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills• Deep active listening and empathy skills• Solid influencing skills• Strong meeting facilitating and presentation skills• Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills• Strong change management skills including building a common goal, engaging with stakeholders, inspiring action and adoption

The salary range is $86,320-$129,480 and will be commensurate with background, experience as well as internal equity.
