Specialist II, Distribution & Transportation Systems, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing the technology and processes that power our distribution and transportation operations.
In this role, you'll serve as a key link between Supply Chain Operations and IT, helping ensure critical systems run efficiently while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. You'll have the opportunity to influence how products move through our network, contribute to strategic initiatives, and help shape the future of our supply chain technology landscape.
What You'll Do- Serve as the subject matter expert for key Distribution and Transportation applications, including systems such as WMS3000, Manhattan Active WM (MAWM), VoCollect, and other related platforms.
- Monitor, support, and optimize system performance to ensure business needs are met and operational value is maximized.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance supply chain performance.
- Partner closely with IT, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to develop solutions, support system enhancements, and facilitate integrations.
- Help define, track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and support compliance programs, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system standards to drive consistency across the distribution network.
- Create and enhance training materials and programs that improve user knowledge, adoption, and system effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and process improvements that increase operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Support project initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Champion a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You'll BringExperience & Education- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Transportation, or a related field.
- Experience supporting distribution systems, transportation systems, or business applications preferred.
- Exposure to Manhattan Active WM (MAWM), Dozuki, or similar warehouse management systems is a plus.
Knowledge & Technical Expertise- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of transportation and distribution processes, best practices, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with supply chain technologies, systems, and vendors across logistics operations.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities and support business decisions.

Salary- $86,320-129,480, depending on experience
