Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement instructional programs for exceptional student education (ESE) students

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, federal, state, and local regulations
  • Collaborate with a team to enhance educational programs
  • Monitor and assess student progress to facilitate learning.

HealthPro Pediatrics has an exciting opportunity available for Special Education Teachers (SPED)!

Multiple locations and roles to choose from!

  • Holiday, New Port Richy, and Wesley Chapel, FL!
  • ASD, EBD, and IND SPED Teacher positions available!
  • Full-Time 6 On-Site
  • W-2 position | $45/hour

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, planning, organizing, and implementing an instructional program for exceptional student education (ESE) students through curriculum, lesson plans, educational programs and individual education plan development while ensuring that all procedures are followed to maintain safety and security and to meet federal, state, local regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor27s degree from an accredited institution in the field of Exceptional Student Education, or related field OR Approval by or participation in a state-approved certification pathway program
  • Valid Florida Educator27s Certificate or District-issued adjunct certification OR Valid statement of eligibility
  • Two years' experience in an ESE classroom environment and/or working with children preferred
