Position Overview
  • Provide specialized instruction and individualized support for students with autism spectrum disorders aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor educational goals, behavioral supports, accommodations, and communication strategies that promote academic, social, and functional skill development.
  • Collaborate with families, related service providers, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress and success.
  • Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and compliance with special education regulations and district policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification with Special Education endorsement
  • Experience working with students with autism spectrum disorders and implementing evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies preferred
