Pay $45-50/hour | Champlin, MN | Elementary Special Education Teacher | Resource Positions Position Details - Special Education Teacher role for the 2026-2027 school year
- Elementary Resource Teacher Positions
- In-person, full-time role (37.5 paid hours/week)
- Tier 3 or 4 Special Education Teaching license required
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
What You'll Do - Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher license through PELSB (Tier 3 or 4)
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
