- Interrelated Resource (IRR) Teacher
- Full-Time; 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday

What You'll Do- Provide specialized, IEP-driven instruction across academic, behavioral, and functional domains.
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with student IEP goals and individual learning needs.
- Assess student progress and maintain accurate data, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to support student access to the general education curriculum when appropriate.
- Create and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment that promotes student engagement and positive behavior.
- Support students with daily living skills, including toileting, feeding, mobility, and health-related needs, as required by the assigned classroom.
- Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines for IEP development, timelines, and implementation.
What We're Looking For- Hold a valid Georgia Professional Educator Certificate in Special Education, or be eligible to obtain Georgia certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
