About the Role

Hello, Special Education Coordinators! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Coordinator to support Lotus School for Excellence in Aurora, CO. This role is ideal for an experienced special education professional who is passionate about leadership, compliance, and student support.

The Special Education Coordinator will oversee special education programming for grades 6-12 while supporting IEP processes, leading department initiatives, and serving as a key liaison between the school and district. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding special education staff, ensuring compliance, and helping students receive the services they need to succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support the special education department for grades 6-12
  • Oversee special education compliance and program implementation
