Falmouth Schools - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), Falmouth Elementary School
Position: The BCBA will provide both direct services and consultation to students with individualized education programs (IEPs), primarily in grades 2-5, with social/emotional/behavioral needs. The BCBA will provide direct support and intervention to students as well as coaching to staff (educational technicians, teachers) to support implementation of positive behavior support plans and behavioral instruction as well as data collection. The BCBA will also provide direct services and behavioral support to students as needed in both general education and special education settings.this position will be embedded within in one program and work collaboratively with the special education case manager and program social worker.

Qualifications:
Required: Experience as a BCBA in an educational setting. Special education teacher certification
Preferred qualifications: experience working with students with social/emotional needs.
Education/Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Evaluation: This position will be evaluated and supervised by the Director of Special Education.
Additional:
Approved CRC (Criminal Records Check) and background check (will be run by the school department).
Compensation and Benefits:
Initial salary placement is determined by verifiable years of experience and completed educational credits, in accordance with the current collective bargaining agreement. The salary ranges from step 1, BA at $55,200 to step 25+ MA +30 at $110,400.
