Overview

The Manager of Space & Assortment is responsible for leading store layouts, planograms, resets, and assortment strategies across new, existing, remodeled, and acquired stores. Drives space productivity through data-driven insights, optimized product placement, and differentiated assortments. Leads major merchandising initiatives, software transformation efforts, and cross-functional collaboration to improve store performance and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Space, Floor, and Assortment team.
  • Lead the Space Planning software transformation, including implementation, capability development, and change management.
  • Oversee floor planning, merchandising standards, store layouts, and space productivity analysis.
  • Manage category planogram resets, including recommendations, execution, communication, and project timelines.
  • Lead merchandising support for monthly promotional and sales plan cycles.
  • Oversee assortment planning, item lifecycle management, store-specific assortments, and remodel/reset execution.
  • Partner with Category Management, Procurement, Construction, and suppliers on product placement, fixtures, equipment, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and field execution excellence.

Compensation :

Starting pay range: $100,000 - $130,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey ' s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
