Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end spa/salon environment.
• Proficient in performing Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal Massages, and Body Wraps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality with discretion.
• Current license from the Colorado State Board of Massage Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage treatments and specialized therapies unique to Spa Monarch.
• Adhere to the appointment schedule to ensure timely service for clients.
• Warmly welcome clients, escort them to treatment rooms, and provide gratitude upon their departure.
• Engage with clients about their interests during treatments to enhance their experience.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to promote services and retail sales.
• Care for linens and ensure they are clean and replaced between sessions.
• Monitor client behavior and report any inappropriate actions to a supervisor.
• Keep treatment areas organized and presentable.
