En tant que praticien en gestion du changement, vous serez responsable de structurer et de piloter les stratégies visant à assurer l’adoption des projets de transformation dans un environnement industriel. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’accompagner les employés dans le changement, favoriser l’alignement des parties prenantes et renforcer l’engagement à tous les niveaux, du plancher de production à la direction. Votre rôle contribuera directement à l’efficacité opérationnelle, à la préparation organisationnelle et au succès durable des initiatives stratégiques liées à l’évolution des systèmes énergétiques.

Le rôle est 100% présentielle.

Comment vous aurez un impact

  • Déployer la méthodologie Prosci (ADKAR) pour structurer les initiatives de changement

  • Réaliser des analyses d’impact organisationnel

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de communication et de formation

Votre profil

  • Le candidat doit déjà détenir une autorisation de travail valide lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada

  • Baccalauréat en administration, ressources humaines, génie industriel ou domaine connexe

  • Certification Prosci requise

  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion du changement ou en transformation

  • Expérience en milieu industriel (atout)

  • Solide expérience en gestion des parties prenantes, communication et adoption du changement

  • Maîtrise du français et niveau avancé en anglais

  • Experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is considered an asset
