Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

Resellers + Partners | Higher Ed, Corporate | Existing + Net New

Position Summary

Uniguest is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Southeastern United States.

This remote, territory-based role is responsible for developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and building strong relationships with AV and IT reseller and integration partners. The Regional Sales Manager will manage opportunities from initial prospecting and discovery through solution development and close, partnering with customers and channel partners to deliver digital signage, room management, and interactive technology solutions.

What you'll do
  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across an assigned seven-state Southeast territory.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities across Higher Education, Corporate, Government, and other target markets.
  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with AV/IT resellers, integrators, and channel partners to strengthen territory coverage and generate new opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Partner with resellers and prospective customers to understand business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and presentations for customers and channel partners.
  • Support partners with system recommendations, quotes, sales training, and assistance advancing and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with assigned revenue targets and sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records for leads, opportunities, activities, pipeline, and forecasting.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, competitive solutions, industry trends, and the broader digital signage and visual communications landscape.
  • Help customers understand how our solutions integrate with existing software, networks, systems, and data sources.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that support successful deployments, account expansion, repeat business, and customer retention.
  • All other duties as assigned.
