Role SummaryThe Sourcing Specialist is an experienced individual contributor responsible for executing low to moderately complex sourcing projects end-to-end with minimal supervision. This role specializes in Information Technology (IT) sourcing, covering software, hardware, cloud, and infrastructure categories aligned to the procurement taxonomy. The role supports RFx execution, supplier evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery while ensuring compliance, documentation rigor, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities1) End-to-End Sourcing Execution:- Execute low to moderately complex sourcing projects from intake to award with minimal supervision
- Prepare RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs; manage supplier communication and timelines
- Analyze bids and develop structured evaluation summaries to support decision-making
2) Analysis & Negotiation Support:- Perform cost and scenario analysis to support commercial negotiations
- Support negotiation of pricing and commercial terms within delegated authority
3) Stakeholder & Supplier Management:- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders during sourcing events
- Manage supplier interactions across RFx lifecycle and contracting process
4) Governance, Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure sourcing events are audit-ready with complete documentation and approvals
- Maintain compliance with procurement policies, risk, and governance standards
5) Cross-functional Collaboration:- Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Operations to enable contract execution and supplier onboarding
- Support seamless post-award handoffs including PO creation and onboarding
6) Continuous Improvement:- Identify and implement improvements in sourcing execution, templates, and processes
- Share best practices and support capability building within the SCoE

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
