Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how our products are built-from early design decisions to supplier selection and cost optimization. You will help ensure our products remain competitive by identifying the best technologies, materials, and global manufacturing opportunities.
You will partner closely with teams across engineering, quality, and operations to influence decisions early in development, where your impact is greatest. Your work will directly contribute to smarter sourcing, stronger supplier relationships, and improved product performance.
This is a highly visible role where your ability to blend
strategic thinking with hands-on execution will help drive both innovation and cost efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing- Lead sourcing for new product development (NPD) by selecting cost-effective technologies, materials, regions, and suppliers
- Drive ongoing cost reduction initiatives for existing products by identifying new savings opportunities
- Support product maintenance by partnering with engineering on quality improvements and feature enhancements
- Align with global procurement by contributing to and executing category strategies while ensuring local needs are represented
- Identify and develop new supplier opportunities, cost drivers, support supply continuity, and help resolve critical material shortages
What We're Looking For- A degree in Engineering or Business and solid experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- Strong ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of cost drivers across materials, manufacturing processes, and regions
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with confidence to influence decisions and work cross-functionally

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000- $135,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
