You Are:
As a Senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes. You bring deep expertise in Sourcing & Procurement — applying AI to drive cost-out, strategic category management, supplier intelligence, and procurement operations transformation — and you understand how to apply these capabilities in complex, fast-moving High Tech industry environments.
The Work:
Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
Design and implement AI-powered Sourcing & Procurement solutions — spanning strategic sourcing, category management, supplier risk intelligence, contract lifecycle management, and procurement operations — to deliver measurable cost savings and supply chain resilience for clients.
Travel Requirements:
Travel is required for this role and could vary from 0-75%.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 8 years of AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
Minimum 8 years of high-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
Experience leading senior-level (C-suite) conversations or managing senior-level stakeholders
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients
Experience in the High-Tech industry, including semiconductors, software, hardware, or electronics manufacturing — with an understanding of complex global supply chains, component sourcing, contract manufacturing, and the speed-to-market pressures unique to High Tech procurement and supply chain environments.
Functional expertise in Sourcing & Procurement, with hands-on experience designing AI-enabled procurement operating models, agentic sourcing workflows, intelligent supplier risk monitoring, or autonomous spend analytics solutions.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
