The Sourcing Analyst is responsible for implementing best-in-class supplier relationships and agreements that leverage annual purchase volume and rationalize the approved supplier base to an optimal level.

Hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters.
Responsibilities:- Apply facilitation and leadership skills to obtain end-user participation in and support for related Procurement projects
- Drive development of supplier agreements utilizing internal and external resources
- Develop effective measurements of success
- Communicate and drive rapid adoption and utilization of new agreements
- Identify, track and record all formal cost savings and avoidances
- Identify, implement and report new supplier related rebate/revenue opportunities
- Manage strategic supplier performance, develop and implement supplier performance and quality management programs
- Analyze and research commodities spend using appropriate business metrics and modify commodity strategies to maintain flexibility in responding to new opportunities or changing business needs
- Facilitate all formal activities related to competitive bidding events
- Participate in economic inclusion and diversity supplier development initiatives. Promote the recruitment of suppliers, with emphasis on diversity and local community based suppliers
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement related degree
- 2 years of Procurement and/or vendor relationship management/supply chain experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups from a wide variety of backgrounds and organization levels, to incorporate their ideas, adapt to their needs, and to form consensus in appropriate situation
- Possess behavioral competencies that include a high level of commitment to customer service, demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, ability to strategically link long-range business goals to daily activities, and desire to use organizational knowledge to assist and influence others to specific action.
- Proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
- Proficiency with Workday and Jaggaer systems a plus

Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $76,000 - $86,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
